This is an unedited video of a recent live zoom presentation I did about my creative journey over the last 30 years and how it related to the healing art and Grief Rituals I am doing today. It was really interesting for me to look back and see the threads of ideas and how important that my African heritage and in particular, the Ghanaian Adinkra symbols, have been over the years.
